What happens after you pay
- Your total includes shipping. Animals and supplies travel in separate boxes, so each is its own line above.
- We text you within one business day to plan the shipment and agree a delivery day.
- Deliveries are normally scheduled Tuesday into Wednesday morning. Some orders ship to a nearby FedEx hub for pickup instead.
- If the weather is unsafe, we hold the animal until it is safe. We never risk an animal to hit a date.
Your card is encrypted and processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
