What We Collect
Information you give us
When you request a booking or place an order, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, event or delivery address, event details (date, time, number of guests, age range, birthday name), and any message you include. When you buy from the shop, we also receive your order contents and totals.
How We Use It
To run your booking or order — that's it
We use your information to respond to booking requests, schedule and perform shows, fulfill and ship orders, send receipts and order updates, and answer your questions. Our team receives an email notification with your request details so we can reply quickly. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we never sell it.
Analytics & Cookies
Google Analytics measures site traffic
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages visitors find useful — page views, session length, and general (city-level) location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize repeat visits. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using your browser's cookie controls. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
Payments
Square handles every card
Online payments are processed by Square, Inc. Your card details are entered into and encrypted by Square's secure payment form — they are never transmitted to, stored on, or visible to Shadow's Reptiles systems. Square's handling of your payment data is governed by Square's Privacy Notice. We receive only your name, contact info, order contents, and payment confirmation.
Who We Share With
Only the services that run this website
Your information is handled by the vendors that power our site, strictly to provide their service to us: Supabase (secure database that stores booking requests and product data), Square (payment processing), Google (analytics, and email delivery of our internal notifications), and Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
Retention
Kept only as long as useful
Booking requests and order records are retained so we can honor warranties, answer follow-ups, and meet bookkeeping and tax obligations. If you'd like your personal details removed sooner, contact us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your Choices
Access, correction, and deletion
Email sales@shadowsreptiles.com or call 786-584-0533 to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or request deletion. We respond to every request. Florida residents and visitors from regions with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) may exercise their rights through the same contact.
Children
Grown-ups book the parties
Our shows delight kids, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Booking forms and purchases should be completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We'll keep this page current
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted prominently. Questions about this policy can always be sent to sales@shadowsreptiles.com.
